Prior to joining Trianz, Kumar headed Tech Mahindra's Microsoft practice and delivery. He also worked on large transformational programs for Deutsche Bank and British Telecom. Kumar's experience is diversified and includes extensive knowledge of banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications. Kumar has successfully managed multi-million dollar programs for Fortune 500 clients.

His active involvement in more than 30 program / projects has included work in development, implementation, rollout, maintenance for QA, Testing, ERP (Oracle Apps,) system integration, hardware applications, connectivity, and change management initiatives.

He is a frequent speaker on emerging technologies at Microsoft conferences, Tech-Ed, and global symposiums. A hands-on technologist with a passion for building solutions to meet client business objectives, Kumar is currently working in concert with Microsoft to build next generation cloud- based solutions.

In his free time, Kumar enjoys to watch Formula1, movies and read books.
