In the late 1990s, while innovative ideas, advanced technologies, and businesses were launching online at broadband speed, the dot.com business bubble abruptly collapsed. The professional services industry was engulfed in this implosion. Sri Manchala envisioned the industry's next wave where the lines between management consulting, technology, and business outsourcing would vanish. Trianz was founded on this proposition. This is our story.

 

Sri Manchala, Trianz CEO, didn't need a crystal ball to see that inter-related business capabilities, fused by knowledge of clients, their global industries, and a passion for unparalleled execution were the stepping stones to business success.

 

Our story is about the past and the future. Here's a short chronology of where we've been which will give you an idea of where we're going should you consider joining Trianz as an associate and become part of our exciting, ongoing story.

 

2001-2006: Trianz Begins to Impact Business Performance

The first group of senior leaders and pioneering associates at Trianz came from diverse backgrounds at large management consulting firms. One individual was Ronald Oehm, currently chairman of the board at Trianz. Ron was a senior partner in the financial management practice at KPMG for 37 years. His extensive experience is helping shape ideas at Trianz.

 

During this fast track timeline, we began partnering with clients and providing management consulting services to positively impact their business performance. Trianz focused its services for high tech, targeting sales, channels, finance, and supply chain operations.

 

2007-2011: Trianz Scales to the Next Level

After serving clients and executing engagements we developed a strong financial foundation, with an eye to the next level. New York Life India Investment Fund-II infused substantial growth capital. Even our clients suggested we provide additional services. Now we were in a position to do just that.

 

In 2009, we acquired the IT services division of a diversified technology company. In 2010, we expanded from high tech into insurance, financial services, retail, life sciences, healthcare, and the public sector.

 

2012 and Beyond: Trianz Positions for Major Brand Growth
