Kando worked at Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd., one of the most successful foreign joint ventures in Japan prior to assuming leadership at Trianz Japan. He served in the sales function at Fuji Xerox for several years in both Japan and the United States. He has worked for Xerox International Partners (XIP) and FX Global Inc., both at Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). Kando also worked for the Fuji Xerox Corporate Strategy Office and was one of the founding members of KDI (Knowledge Dynamics Initiative), a Fuji Xerox consulting team for knowledge management.
Mr. Matsubara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political science from Keio University and an MBA from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California.
