Sanjay Shitole is one of the founding members and Vice President at Trianz responsible for the High Tech vertical. He has over 16 years of experience in consulting and IT Services space specifically focused on serving High Tech clients. Sanjay is known for his thought leadership, strategic thinking and practical orientation. High Tech vertical at Trianz is responsible for bringing together all of Trianz services spanning consulting, IT services and Outsourcing to help serve clients to maximize value on business and technology enablement. Trianz High Tech team has built deep expertise and domain leadership in the specific areas of Sales and Channel Operations, Finance Operations, Customer Service/Q2C and Service Operations through serving leading High tech clients like Cisco, NetApp & HP. Successful initiatives span Finance Transformation, Service Renewals Optimization, Sales & Channel Coverage Model Optimization and Partner capabilities rollout.
In his previous role at Trianz, Sanjay led the Global Enterprise Application Services practice focusing on developing solutions, global teams and helping clients leverage technology solutions. Specific practice focus included Oracle ERP, Siebel CRM, Analytics/BI, SOA/Integration and emerging technologies like Web 2.0. In addition, Sanjay also played an advisory role on strategic engagements, helping develop business and technology solutions that deliver the optimal value for clients. Sanjay has led large transformational initiatives, process re-engineering, business and system architecture and application implementations for several Fortune 500 companies including Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Nortel Networks and NetApp.
Prior to joining Trianz, he was a Director in the Technology Solutions Practice at Quovera and has consulted in the technology space for several major clients, including Standard and Poors, Prudential Securities, Abhu Dhabi National Insurance.
Sanjay has global experience having worked in US, Middle-East and India. Sanjay holds a Master's & Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Poona, India.
