Patty Jow brings more than 17 years of experience in support operations and is responsible for service excellence across all Transformational Business Process Outsourcing projects. Prior to joining Trianz, Patty held several senior positions in high-tech and consulting companies and managed global support operations for a variety of companies, including Good Technology, Clarent Corporation, and Aspect Communications. Patty earned a BS in Business and MBA from San Francisco State University.
