ISO 9001:2000 is one of the International standards in the ISO 9000:2000 series of Standards. This International Standard specifies requirements for a Quality Management System where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements. ISO 9000:2000 series of standards is based on eight principles, viz Customer focus, Leadership, Involvement of people, Process approach, System approach to management, Continual improvement, Factual approach to decision making, and Mutually beneficial supplier relationships. This process based standard was developed to assist organizations of all types and sizes, to implement, and operate effective Quality Management Systems.

Trianz Quality Management System has been certified to be in accordance with the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2000 by Bureau Veritas Certification and is effective since Jan 2006.

ISO 27001 The ISO 27001 essentially replaces the BS7799 standard. It is the specification for an ISMS, an Information Security Management System. The objective of the standard is to "provide a model for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving an Information Security Management System". Regarding its adoption, this should be a strategic decision. However the organization could design and implement the ISMS by their needs and objectives, security requirements, the process employed and the size and structure of the firm.

Trianz - Bangalore office has been certified for ISO 27001: 2005. The certification carried out in two-phase audit process. First (Stage I) comprised of a review of the existing security measures and documentation such as Security Policy, Statement of Applicability and Information Security Management System (ISMS). And the Second (Stage II) entailed a detailed and comprehensive audit which involved in testing the existence and effectiveness of the controls stated in the ISMS in addition to their supporting documentation.
