Wipro's general manager for financial planning and analysis, Ganesh Venkataraman has left the company to join management consulting and technology services firm, Trianz, as chief financial officer.In his role as CFO and as part of the Trianz senior management team, Ganesh will drive sophistication and scaling of the finance function and an organization wide metrics oriented approach towards growth.

During his tenure of over 10 years at Wipro, Ganesh was instrumental in restructuring the ISP business, identifying key business drivers for various business divisions, analysing the business unit's financial performance and rolling out financial planning systems. He further specialized in reducing business risks, identifying areas for cost optimization and establishing internal controls and business performance review systems.
