Trianz consultants participated in the 2005 World Conference of the Association For Services Management International (AFSMI) at Nashville. The AFSMI is a professional society of customer service and support managers, and the event, themed as "FINE TUNING YOUR CONNECTIONS" has attracted keynote speakers such as Wim Elfrink, SVP Customer Advocacy at Cisco, and ML Krakauer of Hewlett Packard. Trianz was represented by Jim Musfeldt and Suresh Ramakrishnan.

The Trianz team of Balki Rao and Venkatesh K, from the Smart Card practice, met with representatives from several leading companies working with smart cards and security and showcased our credentials in those areas.
