Bangalore, June 20, 2007: Management Consulting and Technology services firm Trianz today announced the joining of Ramesh Soundararajan as Vice President Human Resources, Trianz India. Ramesh is a veteran from the field of Human Capital development with over 16 years of experience. Prior to joining Trianz, Ramesh spent 11 years with Infosys, where his last assignment was in the capacity of Associate VP handling HR strategy, internal communications and providing organization development consulting services for clients. Prior to Infosys, he had stints in HR organizations at Crompton Greaves, Whirlpool and VST Industries.

During his tenure as part of the HR organization at Infosys, Ramesh played a key role in setting up and institutionalizing HR processes that enabled Infosys successfully scale up into a leading global IT services company. He contributed to Infosys' embracing a high performance work ethic culture through performance management, career development initiatives and was deeply involved in managing change in the organization. At Infosys, Ramesh has program managed several successful human capital and organization development initiatives including Six sigma, PCMM and has led consulting engagements for external clients on a global basis.

Ramesh has a degree in engineering from NIT Kozhikode and a Masters in Personnel Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur in India.
