Trianz, a rapidly-growing and innovative management consulting, technology, engineering and outsourcing services firm, is pleased to announce that it will be presenting its most recent white paper, "A Practical Approach to Service-Oriented Architecture Adoption," at Oracle OpenWorld 2007. Oracle OpenWorld 2007 will be held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California from November 11-15. On November 13, Silicon Image and Trianz, an Oracle-Certified Advantage Partner, will present the paper detailing lessons learned on an actual Service-Oriented Architecture implementation at Silicon Image.
Trianz has demonstrated expertise in a variety of areas, including Oracle EBS, Siebel packaged applications, and custom application development. Specifically, Trianz' EAS practice has in depth experience in the areas of quote-to-cash, supply chain, financial, enterprise data, and customer relationship management. Trianz differentiates itself by bringing a strong business and technology focus to all its engagements with deliberate emphasis on the high-tech, communications, and software industries.
Trianz' deep knowledge of business processes within areas such as lead-to-opportunity and quote-to-cash, combined with an understanding of typical integration challenges and leading integration platforms, helped pioneer a pragmatic approach to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) adoption. Additionally, the company's emphasis on considering business capabilities through a service- and process-centric orientation, rather than a functional orientation, contributes to the effectiveness of this approach. The approach was streamlined and further refined based on lessons learned through actual implementations of Oracle's SOA and BPEL Suite.
This proven approach will be the centerpiece of a presentation available to attendees of Oracle OpenWorld 2007. During the session, Kenny Gilbert, IT Director at Silicon Image, and Vikram Bhandari, Vice President at Trianz, will discuss the technical background, current state, challenges, solution highlights, and future trends of implementing SOA based solutions. Silicon Image and Trianz' collaborative presentation will include a discussion of the approach as well as recommendations for organizations interested in evolving into an agile SOA-based enterprise.
