There have been some interesting new hires at Trianz in the recent past. Ganesh Venkataraman moved from a 10 year long tenure at Wipro to join Trianz as CFO a year ago. Ramesh Soundararajan, a veteran from the field of Human Capital development joined Trianz a few months ago after 11 years with Infosys. Continuing the initiative of the best leaders from the industry is the latest hiring of Ravi Shelvankar from Infosys as Vice President of Trianz's Enterprise Applications Services.

Ravi joins Trianz after spending more than 10 years with Infosys, where he originally joined the pioneering core business development team at Infosys. At Infosys, Ravi was responsible for a number of new business initiatives, and was a Senior Relationship Manager for key accounts in High-tech and Discrete Manufacturing group. Ravi carries strong experience in leading teams and is known for his role in helping clients plan and execute on large business transformation initiatives. Ravi has also played a key role in enabling clients ranging from Fortune 2000 to emerging companies leverage "Flat World Delivery / operations."

With a stellar career at Infosys, Ravi has been awarded "Best Business Development Manager" along with quarterly awards for enabling the success of new clients at Infosys. In 2001, he was awarded the Infosys Chairman's award for "Management Excellence."

At Trianz, Ravi will lead the Enterprise Applications Service Line, which partners with CIO organizations worldwide in delivering leading edge IT capabilities for clients.
