Ravi Shelvankar, Vice President
|
Ravi Shelvanker heads the Enterprise Applications Services Line at Trianz, focused on partnerships with CIO organizations to deliver on their IT needs. Prior to joining Trianz, Ravi spent more than 10 years at Infosys, joining the pioneering business development team at Infosys. At Infosys, Ravi was responsible for a number of new business initiatives, and was a Senior Relationship Manager for key clients in High-tech and Discrete Manufacturing group. Before that, Ravi was Group Manager - Sales in the Communications and Product Services Group where its business growth distinguished it as the fastest growing business unit in Infosys at that time. Ravi also played an important role in incubating the Product Engineering Services Unit at Infosys.
Ravi comes to Trianz with a stellar client service track record, working with Fortune 100 to emerging clients to deliver high value, efficient and cost optimal services based on leveraging leading edge models at Infosys. Over the years, Ravi he has been awarded “Best Business Development Manager” along with numerous quarterly awards enabling the success of a record number of clients for Infosys. In 2001, he was awarded the Infosys Chairman’s award for “Management Excellence.”
Ravi is a graduate of the Birla institute of Technology, India and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. His interests include spending time with family, traveling, working with charities and nonprofits, networking, playing cricket and tennis.

Kamlesh Desai, Vice President
|
Kamlesh is a strategic leadership hire for Trianz who brings more than 20 years of Business and IT consulting experience with deep expertise in program management, practice management, client development, and engagement delivery. Kamlesh has sold and managed several global package implementations, finance transformations, outsourcing and systems integration projects primarily focused in the Hi-Tech, Life Sciences and Financial Services industries.
Kamlesh joins Trianz from Deloitte Consulting where he was responsible for pre-sales, engagement/program management, and practice management in their Enterprise Applications practice. Prior to Deloitte, Kamlesh spent more than 8 years at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he successfully sold and led many large, global Oracle implementations and finance transformation projects. Also at BearingPoint, Kamlesh played a significant leading role in enhancing the sound functioning and profitability of engagements through enhancing the offshore delivery model. Kamlesh has received numerous awards in client service and delivery excellence, including the BearingPoint Silver Beacon Award for excellence in delivery and presales.
Before joining BearingPoint, Kamlesh worked for several IT and financial organizations, including the Bombay Stock Exchange, and began his career with Price Waterhouse as an Assistant Audit Manager. Kamlesh is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, which is equivalent to a US CPA.
