Carolyn McDonald, Director
|
|
Carolyn has over 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of
business transformation, program management and customer relationship management (CRM).
Prior to joining Trianz, Carolyn was a Director at Corio, an application services
provider (later acquired by IBM) where she oversaw the Siebel practice,
which was responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of
Siebel and CRM processes in a hosted environment. Carolyn also had
stints at Accenture where she held roles in program/project management,
training development and delivery, change management and systems
integration. Carolyn's Accenture experience also included marketing,
technical sales support and service delivery.
Carolyn holds a BS degree from the University of Illinois at
Chicago where she dual-majored in Finance and Decision Sciences.
She also is a Siebel Certified Business Analyst and an active member
of the Project Management Institute.
