We hire talent from colleges and universities in the United States in our Consulting practices and guide their further development into leaders. Our new hires progress from Associates and Consultants to Engagement Leaders, Directors and ultimately Vice Presidents in various practices. Along the way, they gain experience, knowledge and leadership skills that prepare them for the ultimate goal in consulting careers–a practice leadership responsibility.
As an undergraduate or a graduate with a business degree, you’re excited about your career and changing the world. As an analyst working on research or with clients, you will have numerous opportunities to actually put your ambitions into practice, analyzing problems, understanding business operations and processes, and participating in developing alternatives for strategy and execution. We encourage our analysts to acquire knowledge, experience, and skills in at least 2–3 industries as they progress through their career at Trianz.
Mid–career professionals at Trianz do not manage–they lead and facilitate change. As engagement leaders, you will have opportunities to frame the execution for a major component of a client engagement, or even lead one. These experiences will provide you with the ability to lead a dialogue with clients, frame execution strategies, organize teams and lead execution from start to finish. Along the way, you will acquire global experience, engage with clients, and develop client relationships.
Visualizing a business model, operations, processes, and organizational change are critical components of business execution. In our engagements, we help clients see these aspects early on in the project cycle. As an experienced professional in this arena, you will have opportunities to specialize and lead the actual implementation of process, technology or organizational change through proprietary as well as industry–leading paradigms such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, and others.
Vice Presidents lead our Practices–organized around Cloud, Analytics, Digitalization, Infrastructure & Security–as overall leaders, or are responsible for a specific region. Directors specialize in a discipline in the practice and are responsible for setting the charter for that area, articulating our thought leadership to clients and the marketplace, developing capabilities internally, and leading growth of the practice.
That’s what we do and that’s all we do. Trianz provides numerous opportunities for technology professionals to participate, lead, and shape the way technology enables our clients’ transformations into digital enterprises and helps deliver cutting–edge capabilities. However, your career at Trianz will eventually take shape in the context of business execution. Here are some of the roles you might play in this arena:
As a graduate with a computer science degree, you most likely want to implement the latest applications. At Trianz, life is quite different from the routine. From every client experience, you will see, learn, and draw satisfaction from how your solutions eventually make a difference to your client's business. By making a difference and providing innovative solutions as a central theme, your career will develop, and your experience will thrive at Trianz.
As a mid–career professional and technology implementation leader, you will have opportunities to frame an IT solution for a major component of a client engagement, or even lead one. You will get a chance to work with clients and Trianz industry and functional consultants in a global setting, all working as one team under a unified approach to execution. You will grow into a leader who's capable of developing a practice and shaping relationships with clients.
Solution architects at Trianz operate within practices and collaborate broadly across the organization in shaping solutions to complex client problems. Each technology practice at Trianz is structured as a center of excellence, dedicated to proactive development of solutions, technique pioneering, training and development. As architects, you will play a vital role in shaping client engagements as well the capabilities of a technology practice.
Information management, service management, security, enterprise applications, custom applications, maintenance and support, and testing are the core technology practices at Trianz. As a leader in these practices, you drive the vision, client service strategy, and capability development for a technology area, helping build dialogue with clients.
Our client relationships are based on simple yet powerful concepts:
New Client Acquisition Partners. Joining our Cloud, Analytics, Digital, Infrastructure or Security disciplines, new client acquisition partners help leverage our relationships with technology platform providers and various other channels to help position Trianz at new clients and win opportunities. They can join us in any of our offices and help their practice area grow.
Growth Client Partners. We invest in and partner with a number of our clients for long–term, strategic and mutual, symbiotic growth. Growth Client Partners are responsible for one or more of our large clients and shape these relationships strategically so that we are providing value to clients across a number of our practices.
Each of our corporate functions plays a critical role in our growth, service delivery, talent development, and overall ability of the organization to operate smoothly in an enjoyable work environment. We consider those that work within these corporate functions to be as important and critical to our client success as any of our practitioners. As such, we invest in their development and growth in their respective functions as much as we do in all other career tracks.
At any given point in time, we have a number of open opportunities in other areas of Trianz such as HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Information Technology, and Marketing.
