Amit Adhikari is a business leader with extensive expertise in client acquisition, strategic client management, alliances as well as brand-building and promotion. He brings nearly two decades of experience orchestrating client partnerships across several industry areas including high-tech, media, and finance. Amit’s capabilities encompass developing brand vision and strategy, building strong alliances, and leading high-performance teams in engagements across industries.
As regional vice president of our western US region, Amit draws on his leadership skills to head a strong team that will drive revenue growth and improve Trianz’ brand visibility and recall. His long track record of expanding alliance networks while also achieving and exceeding growth targets speaks for itself.
Before joining Trianz, Amit was with KPIT/Birlasoft in North America, where he spent sixteen years in several capacities, most notably as a sales and strategic alliances leader. He spearheaded an exceptional new client acquisition and existing client management team that covered the manufacturing, financial services, and life sciences industries.
Amit earned his Bachelor of Commerce and MBA in Financial Management from University of Pune. He completed an Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University in 2013.
In his free time, Amit enjoys being outdoors and playing cricket with his friends and family. He is also active in his community as a certified financial coach.
