Brian Collier is a strategic digital transformation leader and a natural problem-solver. He has worked in senior leadership positions at Wipro, Colliance, and Lloyds Banking Group, where he delivered human-centric transformational outcomes using design thinking, service design, and systems thinking.
In his role at Trianz as Vice President and Practice Leader for the Digital Strategy and Transformation Practice, Brian leads Trianz’ efforts in shaping clients' digital transformation with a systemic strategic perspective that connects customer-centric outcomes with business goals, creating new and better ways of developing products and service offerings aligned to the customer value chain.
Brian brings unique insights and a successful track record of delivering high value-add and highly differentiated experience and technology driven outcomes across multiple industry sectors. In his previous role at Wipro, he led the West Coast Practice for Digital Strategy and Transformation and was instrumental in blueprinting and delivering new technologies, business models, and innovation engines for clients.
In the UK, Brian founded Colliance Consultancy, a boutique firm working with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group on business and digital transformation. As Head of Digital and Design at the Consumer Finance Division of Lloyds Banking Group, he was instrumental in reimagining the digital customer experience transformation.
His extensive knowledge in science and business led him to the high-profile role of COO in a high-tech start-up with Siemens Technology Ventures (SESMOS). Brian is a firm believer in helping others fulfil their potential and feel inspired about the future. He is an avid mentor and coach to PhDs seeking a career pivot through his founding venture, The PhD Pivot.
Brian holds an MBA from the Open University, a Ph.D. and an MSc from Uppsala University, and a BSc from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
