As Vice President – Digital & Analytics at Trianz, he is responsible for driving and supporting new business opportunities and building new practice offerings, IPs, and solutions to elevate the client experience across Analytics, Digital Apps, and Digital Studio.
Jacob’s more than 20 years of experience includes technology leadership stints in commodities markets, financial services, AdTech, global research and advisory, pension products, and IT services. His deepest areas of expertise are advising Fortune 500 companies, including Gartner and S&P, in product development, engineering, and strategy.
Prior to Trianz, Jacob worked at Mastercard, where he led the development of a partner ecosystem to scale the digital enablement of payment products for B2B solutions targeted at multiple customer segments in American and Middle Eastern markets.
A firm believer in client centricity, Jacob previously helped shape Trianz’ New York Life Technology partnership. He was instrumental in several marquee wins that offer an integrated enterprise view combining cross-practice capabilities.
Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and two master’s degrees in computer science and business administration. He enjoys meeting new people and discussing technology, Chelsea FC, and cricket.
