Scott is a hands-on leader with three-decades-strong consulting experience under his belt. He has extensive knowledge of creating go-to-market strategies, managing deal lifecycles, and pitching services and technology-based solutions. And as the Vice President of the Digital Practice at Trianz, he is doing what he does best - building a consulting practice focused on propelling clients into all things digital.
Scott thrives under pressure and has a strong focus on building relationships and customer advocacy. Prior to Trianz, he spent more than 15 years at SDL Consulting Partners where he designed and built customer experience infrastructure, including leading the SWAT effort to stabilize a premier retailer’s customer service worth US$ 2.8 billion during the holiday period.
Scott has shown demonstrable results in growing revenue and wallet share. He led the customer success team responsible for the US book of business and US$22 million P&L, among many of his other leadership stints.
Scott holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
