Scott LiPera is a hands-on leader with three-decades-strong consulting experience under his belt. He has extensive knowledge of creating go-to-market strategies, managing deal lifecycle, and pitching services and technology-based solutions. And as the Vice President, Digital Practice Lead at Trianz, he is doing what he does best - building a consulting practice focused on propelling the clients into all things digital.
Scott thrives under pressure and has a strong focus on building relationships and customer advocacy. Prior to Trianz, he spent more than 15 years at SDL Consulting Partners where he designed and built customer experience infrastructure, including leading the SWAT effort to stabilize a premier retailer’s customer service issues worth US$ 2.8 billion during the holiday period.
Scott has shown demonstrable results in growing revenue and wallet share. He led the customer success team responsible for U.S. book of business and US$ 22 million P&L, among many of his other leadership stints.
He is an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
