The client is a healthcare data analytics company specializing in AI-driven solutions to revolutionize patient care and life sciences. Business Challenge
The client is looking for a cloud solution that enables infrastructure audit trails, supports a HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure, addresses security concerns related to sensitive protected PHI, and ensures cost-effective deployment. The following challenges were identified:
- High memory utilization on AWS EC2 instances
- Increased RDS disk utilization due to data growth
- End of support for CentOS 7 by AWS
- Deprecation of Amazon RDS T2 database instances
Approach
Trianz leveraged Concierto to manage the client’s end-to-end AWS cloud infrastructure, focusing on the following:
- Implemented swap memory to handle high memory usage on EC2 instances.
- Scheduled data archiving every three months to optimize disk space usage.
- Migrated servers from CentOS 7 to CentOS 9 for enhanced stability and security.

- Event rules and incident rules are configured in Concierto to receive alerts from Datadog.
