Sridhar Ramasubbu

Chief Financial Officer

Sridhar Ramasubbu is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience leading global teams supporting multi-billion-dollar operations in a complex market environment. He brings over two and a half-decade experience scaling mid-sized organizations, managing multi-geography operations and driving M&A efforts at high-growth enterprise software and service companies.

As Chief Financial Officer at Trianz, Sridhar draws on his financial acumen, results-oriented mindset, and leadership skills to accelerate growth, scaling, profitability, and enhance value for all stakeholders. His proven track record of success in global tech services will help Trianz transform into a 'digital tech and services company' with several emerging IPs.

Before Trianz, as CFO - International at Wipro, Sridhar was a key member of the leadership team that transformed Wipro into a leading organization across four continents and over 75 countries. Along the journey, Sridhar led the initiative to list Wipro's ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. He also played a key role in pioneering the concept of Global Development Centers, establishing their U.S. operations, and actively participating in their M&A efforts resulting in the acquisition of 11 entities valued at over $1 billion.

Sridhar also understands what it takes to scale mid-sized organizations. During his recent stint with Brillio, Sridhar contributed to the company's financial transformation, generating strong revenue growth and significantly improving profitability over 12 months. He received a nomination for the 2020 Best CFO award in the mid-size category.

Sridhar holds an engineering and management degree from BITS, Pilani. He enjoys sports, travel and music.


Seshi Vanguru

Chief Revenue Officer

Seshi Vanguru is a seasoned leader with multi-faceted business development experience in IT and Product Engineering services. He brings over two decades of experience building teams, winning large, strategic deals, and scaling existing accounts while consistently delivering 30% growth.

As CRO for enterprise transformation and product engineering services, Seshi is accountable for driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-generating functions to create a holistic approach that has a cumulative effect on returns from marketing investments. He is responsible for overseeing the strategy for profitable long-term revenue generation through sales forecasting, implementing cost reduction tactics, improving customer acquisition and productivity, and analyzing operations. A strategic thinker with outstanding business acumen and an understanding of sales and marketing nuances, Seshi focuses on further scaling the Digital Services business, enabling IP-led services growth strategy, and scaling the overall business into the future.

Coming from a service delivery background, Seshi has a successful track record in closing integrated multi-service deals (ADM, Infra, and BPO) and advisory-led sales, new account acquisition, strategic account growth, global delivery, and outsourcing. Seshi joins us from Brillio, where he architected the turnaround of a critical region into the fastest growing business unit within the company, and also expanded Brillio’s presence in several industries by acquiring flagship customers in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Banking, Telecom, and Media. Prior to that, Seshi had a long tenure at HCL Technologies culminating in a leadership role as the head of new business development in the Telecom, Media & Technology verticals.

Seshi is an engineering graduate in Communication, Engineering, and Electronics. He is a problem-solver and a leader who self-starts and encourages others to aim toward sustained revenue growth.


Ingo Piroth

Head of Strategy & Operations

Ingo Piroth is an experienced business leader who has spent a career building new organizations with a particular passion for emerging technologies, business strategy, and digital reinvention. He brings over 22 years of expertise in professional services, software solutions and modern engineering practices to guide customers through the ever-changing landscape of evolving technology and business strategy. Ingo is responsible for leading and overseeing the scaling of the business development organization. He focuses on developing new business and strengthening existing client relationships and partnerships, leveraging Trianz’ core strength of data-driven perspectives for digital transformation and growing industry alliances.

Ingo has a successful track record of leading professional services organizations focused on the people, process, and technology aspects of digital disruption and business strategy. As part of his player/coach DNA, Ingo enjoys mentoring teams through C-suite relationships, pipeline and forecasting rigor, operational excellence, and above all developing digital thought leadership. He has been instrumental in shaping complex new ideas from labs to clients and enjoys crafting innovative solutions.

During his over 22-year career, Ingo has held a variety of senior positions of increasing relevance. At Cognizant Softvision, he led the Digital Engineering organization focused on cloud native digital product development and design, application transformation, and holistic solutions combining analytics, design and software engineering. Prior to that, he led the Innovation & Emerging technology practice and the Global Mobile Application Development COE at IBM, where he created custom solutions for clients through analytics, cloud, SaaS and AI assets.

Ingo’s foundation in merging business strategy and execution was developed through his tenure with SAP as the VP of CRM Mobility Services, where he was responsible for fundamentally repositioning SAP as a cloud-based solutions company, making an immediate business impact. Before that, Ingo was leading the AT&T Mobile Application Consulting Organization

Ingo is an Economics graduate and holds a business management degree from the University of San Francisco. He enjoys building new practices, operations and GTM capabilities and is a passionate leader, managing and inspiring teams in challenging environments.


Laura Ferracane

Vice President – Global Human Capital

Laura Ferracane is a human resources (HR) leader and business partner with expertise in client focused, fast-paced environments. She brings more than twenty years of human resources leadership experience helping companies create streamlined HR practices and competitive advantage in the marketplace. Her capabilities span the breadth of human capital development domestically and globally, especially in the services business.

At Trianz, Laura leads global human resources, overseeing global HR strategy, employee experience and well-being, and the development of the most trained talent in the arena of digital transformations. Laura has a proven track record in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.

Prior to joining Trianz, Laura was providing organizational development consulting to Cloudera, and previously held leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting, Stanton Chase International and RGS Energy, focused on developing and executing innovative talent strategies. Specific areas of expertise include HR strategy, infrastructure, talent management, scaling to support hyper-growth, talent acquisition, organizational development, culture and learning and development.

Laura specializes in helping companies create a competitive advantage in the marketplace. She believes that to be successful in creating that advantage, employers must demonstrate the ability to achieve business and organizational goals through the strategic development and implementation of streamlined HR practices. In support of that, Laura has helped establish and maintain work environments that foster creativity, leverage resources, and provide opportunities for continuous improvement.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University. She has also been a yoga instructor for twenty years and teaches classes in the Bay Area.


KC Sreeram

Vice President - Cloud & Infrastructure Practices

KC has played an integral part in Trianz’s leadership team since joining the firm in 2009. With an extensive background in IT Services Management, he maintains an organized, best-practices approach to managing how Trianz’s IT Services are delivered.

KC likes to stress the importance of building client relationships to best understand their products or services, their working culture, and their long-term goals. Once understanding is reached, he uses his experience as an IT Strategist to engage with C-level business groups to help them understand the big picture of digital evolution. Relating these concepts to each client’s own business, KC deftly underscores how they can apply them toward improving sales and operations, growing market share, and achieving business growth.

As a project leader, KC is adept at using his career expertise in solution architecture frameworks for large-scale IT engagements. Guiding Trianz’s project delivery team professionals, he is a strong advocate for helping less-experienced colleagues work toward building up their own skills, training staff on effective project management and problem-solving tactics while they gain invaluable cloud-based, digital solution experience.


Dan Kasher

Regional Vice President - Client Partnership

Dan is a results-driven executive with significant experience in applying innovative business solutions to drive strategic results and financial impact. As Regional Vice President in Trianz, Dan is responsible for client growth, relationship development, and quality delivery and implementation of all engagements that drive organic growth.

Dan’s practical experience in applying data science and analytical capabilities helps solve business challenges and drive new opportunities. Dan has a strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and maximizing effectiveness while ensuring project success and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Dan has vast experience identifying and delivering new client services and solutions at multiple organizations, including CBIG Consulting, Slalom Consulting and Daugherty Business Solutions.


Savio Rodrigues

Regional Vice President - Client Partnership

Savio is a seasoned executive management professional with extensive experience in client relationship management, business & operational consulting and IT services.

As VP – Regional Vice President, Client Partnership at Trianz, Savio is responsible for managing the fortune 500 clients across multiple locations, teams & solutions. Powered by a successful track record in execution and driving global teams, Savio is known for bringing to the table a unique combination of financial, retail, and insurance industry expertise, strategic thinking with practical knowledge, and business transformation experiences.

Savio has vast experience in client relationship management, process re-engineering, program management, business transformations & operations strategy at multiple organizations, including BlueAally, MegaSoft and Visualsoft technologies.


Abhineet Jha

Regional Vice President - Client Partnership

Abhineet is an accomplished sales leader enabling business and technology leaders to orchestrate strategy and execution by leveraging cloud & infrastructure, analytics, digitalization and security in their transition to a Digital Enterprise.

As Regional Vice President, Client Partnership at Trianz, Abhineet works with clients to create impactful transformations that modernize their technology, re-engineering their business processes to improve organizational efficiency. Abhineet leads a team at the forefront of helping institutions discover the right solutions to empower intermediaries to provide deeper insights and better capabilities.

Before Trianz, Abhineet held leadership roles with Cognizant and TRADEPAQ. Throughout his career, Abhineet has offered thought leadership to shape client decision making and influence the marketplace. He believes in developing trust and a shared goal for success with each of his clients.
