Conducted in partnership with Clarity Channel Advisors, the Channel Futures study collected data from MSPs with successful track records in the information and communication technology industry to arrive at the rankings. The standings were based on key metrics including business strategy, revenue, year-on-year growth, business models, technologies, vertical markets, and customer segments.
