Ingo Piroth is an experienced business leader who has spent a career building new organizations with a particular passion for emerging technologies, business strategy, and digital reinvention. He brings over 22 years of expertise in professional services, software solutions and modern engineering practices to guide customers through the ever-changing landscape of evolving technology and business strategy. Ingo is responsible for leading and overseeing the scaling of six practices at Trianz - Transformation Strategy and Roadmaps, Analytics, Digital, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security - and driving the next phase of our growth strategy.
Ingo has a successful track record of leading professional services organizations focused on the people, process, and technology aspects of digital disruption and business strategy. As part of his player/coach DNA, Ingo enjoys mentoring teams through C-suite relationships, pipeline and forecasting rigor, operational excellence, and above all developing digital thought leadership. He has been instrumental in shaping complex new ideas from labs to clients and enjoys crafting innovative solutions.
During his over 22-year career, Ingo has held a variety of senior positions of increasing relevance. At Cognizant Softvision, he led the Digital Engineering organization focused on cloud native digital product development and design, application transformation, and holistic solutions combining analytics, design and software engineering. Prior to that, he led the Innovation & Emerging technology practice and the Global Mobile Application Development COE at IBM, where he created custom solutions for clients through analytics, cloud, SaaS and AI assets.
Ingo’s foundation in merging business strategy and execution was developed through his tenure with SAP as the VP of CRM Mobility Services, where he was responsible for fundamentally repositioning SAP as a cloud-based solutions company, making an immediate business impact. Before that, Ingo was leading the AT&T Mobile Application Consulting Organization

Laura Ferracane is a human resources (HR) leader and business partner with expertise in client focused, fast-paced environments. She brings more than twenty years of human resources leadership experience helping companies create streamlined HR practices and competitive advantage in the marketplace. Her capabilities span the breadth of human capital development domestically and globally, especially in the services business.
At Trianz, Laura leads global human resources, overseeing global HR strategy, employee experience and well-being, and the development of the most trained talent in the arena of digital transformations. Laura has a proven track record in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.
Prior to joining Trianz, Laura was providing organizational development consulting to Cloudera, and previously held leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting, Stanton Chase International and RGS Energy, focused on developing and executing innovative talent strategies. Specific areas of expertise include HR strategy, infrastructure, talent management, scaling to support hyper-growth, talent acquisition, organizational development, culture and learning and development.
Laura specializes in helping companies create a competitive advantage in the marketplace. She believes that to be successful in creating that advantage, employers must demonstrate the ability to achieve business and organizational goals through the strategic development and implementation of streamlined HR practices. In support of that, Laura has helped establish and maintain work environments that foster creativity, leverage resources, and provide opportunities for continuous improvement.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University. She has also been a yoga instructor for twenty years and teaches classes in the Bay Area.
Anusuya has over 18 years of experience in the finance domain with expertise in financial accounting and processes, planning and analysis, reporting, compliance under various statutes, audit and tax, including transfer pricing.
As CFO & VP, Finance at Trianz, Anusuya has been instrumental in strengthening the business's strategic financial point of view by engaging and partnering with them on pricing, client negotiations, and decision making.

Amit Adhikari is a business leader with extensive expertise in client acquisition, strategic client management, alliances as well as brand-building and promotion. He brings nearly two decades of experience orchestrating client partnerships across several industry areas including high-tech, media, and finance. Amit’s capabilities encompass developing brand vision and strategy, building strong alliances, and leading high-performance teams in engagements across industries.
As regional vice president of our western US region, Amit draws on his leadership skills to head a strong team that will drive revenue growth and improve Trianz’ brand visibility and recall. His long track record of expanding alliance networks while also achieving and exceeding growth targets speaks for itself.
Before joining Trianz, Amit was with KPIT/Birlasoft in North America, where he spent sixteen years in several capacities, most notably as a sales and strategic alliances leader. He spearheaded an exceptional new client acquisition and existing client management team that covered the manufacturing, financial services, and life sciences industries.
Amit earned his Bachelor of Commerce and MBA in Financial Management from University of Pune. He completed an Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University in 2013.
In his free time, Amit enjoys being outdoors and playing cricket with his friends and family. He is also active in his community as a certified financial coach.
Will considers his current role at Trianz as the best of both worlds, where he can apply his affinity for using today’s advanced technologies while improving client business performance at the same time.
As the leader of Trianz’s Digital Solutions practice, Will enjoys the process of helping clients better serve customers and differentiate themselves from their competition through best use of what digital technologies have to offer. Part of Will’s role involves leveraging his subject matter expertise to guide professional staff as they solve these important client challenges. Approaching solutions from a technology perspective, Will and his teams focus on building and implementing applications that help many top companies improve and streamline their business processes, particularly in the areas of sales and operations, customer support, and enterprise architecture.
An avid hiker, Will says, “My work in consulting has given me the opportunity in my free time to pursue the goal of getting my family to hike the 211-mile John Muir Trail.” Will is also a proponent of social media, and he plans to use it as a vehicle to demonstrate some of the exciting developments currently going on at Trianz.
As the Vice President of Marketing at Trianz, Prashant is responsible for global branding and marketing. He also supports the successful execution of key strategic initiatives that help achieve organizational growth objectives.
Prashant has over two decades of global experience building brands, strategizing and executing go-to-market initiatives, marketing B2B products and services, creating and nurturing client relationships, developing technology solutions, designing and engineering technology products, and driving other special initiatives. He has held several high-impact business and technology responsibilities in transformational engagements with Fortune 500 companies, as well as various SMBs.
Learning has been a constant in Prashant’s career who holds a master’s degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, Chicago and an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He also has various certifications under his the Project Management Certification from Penn State University; CMMi Introduction Certification from Carnegie Mellon University; and Lean Six Sigma Certification from Purdue University.
Paul Brunda is an operations technology leader and a change agent. With close to 30 years of experience working with big names on Wall Street to healthcare and insurance, Paul has unique insights into the areas of cloud, security, platform, and compliance systems. He advises clients to benefit from growing digitalization by leveraging the cloud. His key specialization includes engineering issues, operational security, and compliance controls.
In his new role at Trianz as Vice President – Cloud Practice, Paul will be responsible for executing the strategic vision for a refocused cloud infrastructure and an advanced platform practice. Paul transitioned to Trianz from Trasers, where he helped drive the firm’s flagship benchmarking service, leveraging his extensive operational background and knowledge of diverse corporate environments.
Paul began his career in the technology space as a trading-floor support engineer at Salomon Bros. and traversed some of the most prestigious firms in the world - Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citi, to name a few. Before joining Trianz, he led operations to launch an Aetna affiliate company from incorporation to full run-state.
Paul knows over a dozen programming languages, diverse networks, and operating systems and database technologies with several industry certifications to his credit (Six Sigma, PMP, VCP, IRE, ITIL, RHCE).
Paul has a degree in Business CIS from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. He is also a member of the Governor’s Council on Technology and a paid speaker at the Independent Auditors Association.
Jason Catania has three decades of experience helping technology teams change the game, primarily for the financial services sector. He also has vast experiences across mining, retail and advertising among others. In his new role as the Vice President, he brings passion and clear go-to-market strategies across the Asia Pacific, which will allow Trianz to grow quickly and sustainably in the region.
For the last 15 years, Jason has held senior executive roles driving strategies and execution plans within Digital and Data divisions across the Asia Pacific region. He was a key leader in the management of the CTP Legacy Simplification Program at the Suncorp Group, driving "one company many brands" initiative, resulting in reducing 13 policy administration systems to just one.
Jason has extensive expertise in IT strategy and stakeholder management and is all about culture and bringing a different perspective to the table. He is a passionate leader, building and leading innovative teams and organizations in challenging complex onshore and offshore 24/7 environments.
Brian Collier is a strategic digital transformation leader and a natural problem-solver. He has worked in senior leadership positions at Wipro, Colliance, and Lloyds Banking Group, where he delivered human-centric transformational outcomes using design thinking, service design, and systems thinking.
In his role at Trianz as Vice President and Practice Leader for the Digital Strategy and Transformation Practice, Brian leads Trianz’ efforts in shaping clients' digital transformation with a systemic strategic perspective that connects customer-centric outcomes with business goals, creating new and better ways of developing products and service offerings aligned to the customer value chain.
Brian brings unique insights and a successful track record of delivering high value-add and highly differentiated experience and technology driven outcomes across multiple industry sectors. In his previous role at Wipro, he led the West Coast Practice for Digital Strategy and Transformation and was instrumental in blueprinting and delivering new technologies, business models, and innovation engines for clients.
In the UK, Brian founded Colliance Consultancy, a boutique firm working with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group on business and digital transformation. As Head of Digital and Design at the Consumer Finance Division of Lloyds Banking Group, he was instrumental in reimagining the digital customer experience transformation.
His extensive knowledge in science and business led him to the high-profile role of COO in a high-tech start-up with Siemens Technology Ventures (SESMOS). Brian is a firm believer in helping others fulfil their potential and feel inspired about the future. He is an avid mentor and coach to PhDs seeking a career pivot through his founding venture, The PhD Pivot.

In his new role at Trianz as Vice President - Analytics Practice Leader, Dennis will help Trianz accelerate the growth and success of our Analytics practice by partnering with the sales leadership, clients, prospects, technology partners, and other practice leaders to solve business problems. He will leverage his deep Analytics domain experience to continue growing the practice in new areas of innovation and offer creation to support the business development efforts and position Trianz as a thought leader in the space.
Dennis has a successful track record of leading professional services organizations focused on conceiving, developing, launching, high value-add, highly differentiated end-to-end technology-intensive CX solutions that leverage advances in AI, Big Data, and Robotics. In his previous stint as Worldwide Managing Director at HP, he built and led a $1.4 billion P&L that developed the first cloud-based, advanced analytics & AI-embedded customer service & marketing platform offered globally as a managed service. At Tata Consultancy Services, he was the Chief Customer Strategist and established TCS's first Global CX Practice.
Dennis has also published two books on AI, advanced analytics, and strategic data monetization to drive organic revenue growth and transform the customer journey: HAILOs: Competing on AI in the Post-Google Era and The Customer-Transparent Enterprise, which was nominated for a Forrester Groundswell Award.

Prior to Trianz, Corina led the multichannel engagement analyst team at Decision Resources Group (DRG), where she helped life sciences marketing and digital teams design customer engagement strategies across channels. Corina also led the Consumer Technographics operations team at Forrester Research, creating and implementing global data quality and consistency standards for syndicated surveys and reports. As Head of the Primary Research Team at Jupiter Research, Corina designed rigorous primary research methodologies and data collection processes for hundreds of syndicated and custom research surveys helping companies understand customer adoption of the Internet and digital technologies.

Powered by a successful track record in execution and driving global teams, Savio is known for bringing to the table a unique combination of financial, retail, and insurance industry expertise, strategic thinking with practical knowledge, and business transformation experiences.
Savio has vast experience in client relationship management, process re-engineering, program management, business transformations & operations strategy at multiple organizations, including BlueAally, MegaSoft and Visualsoft technologies.
Sujit’s natural-born gift with people has allowed him to build a highly successful 20+ year career in customer relationship management within the IT services sector. Currently at Trianz, he focuses on helping professional staff develop their skill sets to improve project delivery and reach their full potential.
Sujit asserts that his leadership in student-run organizations and activities while at school helped prepare him well for mentoring and guiding Trianz’s professional development programs. As VP of Human Capital Development, Sujit’s role represents a fine balance between serving the needs of clients and helping staff within the organization find a path in consulting services that works best for them.
Sujit holds an MBA in Marketing, Systems, and Finance. His specialties include Enterprise App Delivery, IT operations, CRM, and Business Process improvements.
Vivek is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure management services consulting, including 10 years in IT Service Management (ITSM) consulting.
As VP – Global Technology Services at Trianz, Vivek built ITSM governance frameworks for various clients worldwide, managing many successful engagements for several Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to Trianz, Vivek held multiple positions in IT infrastructure management services at Satyam and SanTech Systems. Vivek is an Electronics and Communications Engineer with certifications from BSI, IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, Novell, and Newbridge.
KC has played an integral part in Trianz’s leadership team since joining the firm in 2009. With an extensive background in IT Services Management, he maintains an organized, best-practices approach to managing how Trianz’s IT Services are delivered.
KC likes to stress the importance of building client relationships to best understand their products or services, their working culture, and their long-term goals. Once understanding is reached, he uses his experience as an IT Strategist to engage with C-level business groups to help them understand the big picture of digital evolution. Relating these concepts to each client’s own business, KC deftly underscores how they can apply them toward improving sales and operations, growing market share, and achieving business growth.
As a project leader, KC is adept at using his career expertise in solution architecture frameworks for large-scale IT engagements. Guiding Trianz’s project delivery team professionals, he is a strong advocate for helping less-experienced colleagues work toward building up their own skills, training staff on effective project management and problem-solving tactics while they gain invaluable cloud-based, digital solution experience.
Angeline (Angie) is a seasoned business and partnerships leader. As the Senior Director, Strategic Alliances at Trianz, she is responsible for collaborating across the different practice areas to develop programs, process and go to market business models that increase the productivity of the partner relationship as well as drive revenue goals for the company.
Before Trianz, Angie has worked in other high tech companies such as RingCentral and Cisco, and held various business strategy and operations roles. At RingCentral, she led the integration of GLIP acquisition into Ring’s overall product, development and support roadmap within six months; while at Cisco, she ran Cisco’s Accelerated Innovation Fund to incubate new technologies that lead to new product offerings in support of market transitions.
She has a masters from The George Washington University, and mastered speaking five languages. While not working, she can be found spending time playing an instrument, scuba diving or hiking the trails with her dogs.
