Sujit Sahoo leads the Digital Transformation Services organization at Trianz, focusing on the digital transformation journeys of our Enterprise clients. His experiences include technology and business consulting, global enterprise and custom app delivery, IT operations, CRM, and business process improvements.
Sujit’s current role represents a fine balance between transformation and operations, consulting and delivery, and serving clients' needs while helping employees find a career path in services that work best for them.
In the 16+ years at Trianz, he has played multi-faceted roles in/as Practice Leader, CIO, Delivery Leader, Pre-sales, Human Capital, L&D, and Assurance. His natural gift with people has allowed him to build a highly successful, more than two-decade career in global delivery and operational roles in the Consulting and IT services sector.
As VP of DTE Service Delivery, Sujit is dedicated to upholding service excellence, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Sujit holds an MBA in Marketing, Systems, and Finance from IIM, Lucknow, and a BE in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani.
And among many other things, he is a foodie, philanthropist, puzzle-solver, (armchair) traveler, chess geek, nature-lover, competitive sportsperson, face-reader, movie-watcher, book-reader, and philosopher.
