Data Federation lab is a four to six hour session where our analytics specialists demonstrate how to design and build a data federation solution across multi and hybrid cloud environments. At the end of the lab, attendees will leave with a working prototype connecting multiple data sources, querying data in place, with analysis via an analytics dashboard. People who should attend this lab are Data Architects, Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business Owners.

Data Federation Lab

• Customer requirements: Guidance on how to design and build a data federation solution across multi-cloud/hybrid architectures

• Length: 4-6 hours (excluding prep)

• Attendees: Architects, Engineers, Analysts, Business Owners

• Deliverables: A working prototype that connects multiple data sources together via federation and provides analysis via a dashboard.

• Next Steps: Roadmap to deploy the solution to production

Federated Data Governance Lab is a one to two day course where our analytics specialists provide an in-depth demonstration of how to design a federated governance solution as a building block to a data mesh. At the end of the lab, attendees will leave with a working prototype demonstrating the ability to develop data products and federated governance techniques via a direct query architecture. People who should attend this lab are Data Governance Stakeholders, MDM Stakeholders, Data Stewards, Architects, Engineers, and Business Owners.

• Length: 1-2 days (excluding prep)

• Attendees: Data Governance Stakeholders, MDM Stakeholders, Data Stewards, Architects, Engineers, Business Owners

• Deliverables: A working prototype that demonstrates the ability to develop data products, and federated data governance techniques via a direct query architecture.
